Collection Policy

All students will be signed-in on arrival and shown to their first class.

Students are to be picked up from the Drama Studio. Pupils will not be allowed to leave this room until a parent or guardian has arrived. If you have made an arrangement for another parent to pick up your child, please can you email or phone us prior to pick up with the name of the designated trusted adult. If any of our ‘senior’ pupils are allowed to leave the building by themselves, please could you also email this permission in writing.

Mobile Phones

We understand that some students may have a mobile phone with them. We ask that they do no use them during classes or at break times. We cannot be held responsible if they are lost, damaged or stolen.

Health and Safety

Safety is paramount at G&T. Children are closely monitored during all activities and are made fully aware of what is expected of them for each task and the boundaries and behaviour they must adhere to.

G&T requires all of its staff to have enhanced clearance via the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly CRB).
