G&T Mini-Performers

This is a 45-minute class for children aged 3½ - 5. Children will enjoy a range of activities exploring skills in drama, singing and movement to music.

Mini-Performers runs from 9am - 9.45am.

G&T Main School

The G&T Main School is for children aged 5 - 16 and is organised into three classes of Acting, Singing and Dancing.

G&T Main School starts at 10.00am and finishes at 1.00pm.

Act!

At G&T we are passionate about allowing children to ‘find their voice’. We aim to create a fun, encouraging and inclusive environment in which children can raise their self-esteem and develop self-confidence, trust and the ability to work collaboratively. We believe this will help them both in performance and in their day-to-day interaction with others. Pupils will learn to express themselves creatively and imaginatively through fun projects and activities.

Classes will include drama games, improvisation, public speaking, devising, poetry and script work. All children will take part in an end of term ‘Showcase Performance’ allowing them to present work created throughout the term.

Sing!

At G&T we believe that the joy of singing and performing is for everybody. Our aim is to involve every child in enjoyable and stimulating musical experiences and to encourage an enthusiasm for musical excellence. Within our classes, a range of fun musical games and activities are employed to develop an awareness and appreciation of a range of musical styles and genres. Performing songs from memory is fundamental to us; this not only encourages greater focus on listening but also ensures that any reading difficulties do not become a barrier to enjoyable participation.

Dance!

Experienced or two left feet, G&T will get you feeling the beat! You will develop your dancing skills in a fun and relaxed environment whilst covering a variety of styles including Musical Theatre, Contemporary and Jazz.
